  • Overcoming Disordered Eating - a series of modules based on cognitive behavioural therapy principles, and incorporating aspects of enhanced cognitive behavioural therapy. It is applicable to the entire spectrum of disordered eating from unhealthy eating patterns and beliefs to diagnosable Eating Disorders, from under-eating to overeating, and covering restricting and the binge/purge cycle.
